Hopefully the rest of the partnered content such as Critical Role's and Grim Hollow's subclasses become backwards compatible. Would hate for those subclasses become outdated and unusable in the face of the new 2024 rules.
Technically this is a compatibility issue with older material, but it relates to the 2024 rules:
Eldritch Adept doesn't let you pick Invocations from the 2024 rules (nothing about the wording of the Eldritch Adept feat implies you are limited to earlier rules).
I think this goes back to backwards compatibility and the pre-req uses the term Pact Magic feature. They are technically not 'features' in 2024 PHB. They are all Invocations, so until WotC comes out with any errata or Sage Advice, that feat only works with 2014 subclasses exclusively and only the non-revised 2014 Invocations.
As wagnarokkr pointed out, you seem to be thinking of the Pact Boons, which aren't a requirement for Eldritch Adept.
The only requirement is either having a spellcasting feature or pact magic feature (so, basically, any spell caster can take it if they're a spellcaster by any class or any subclass, not via Feats nor Race/Species), and that if the Eldritch Invocation has pre-reqs, you have to be a Warlock who meets those pre-reqs. So there's no direct reason to believe that Eldritch Adept can only work with non-revised pre-2024 EI's ... but that's what the D&DB Character Builder is doing: limiting you to pre-2024 EI's when you take them via Eldritch Adept.
Yes. That may have been my thought at the time.
I do think this particular invocation though does open up a Pandora's box of unintended multiclassing options. We'll see if WotC adds any more restrictions on this one during any Sage Advice, in the future. It takes away from the heart of being a Warlock, with the current way 2024 allows you to pick the Pact invoc's.
I understand (but don't agree with) that objection. As someone pointed out, it looks like none of the "Multi-class Lite Feats" (Martial Adept, for example, which was in the 2014 PHB but not the 2024 PHB) have been put on hold without exactly being deprecated. There's only two that fill this role (Fighting Style "Unarmed Fighter" and Magic Initiate) that made it into the 2024 PHB. We'll see if the future book that revises the Artificer also includes the other "Multi-class Lite Feats".
Warlock's 2024 version of Agonizing Blast seems to be forcing me to only pick Eldritch Blast. It doesn't let me pick either of my other two "Warlock cantrips that deals damage" (Mind Sliver or True Strike). It also doesn't appear to be repeatable, which it should be.

It is limited because its capabiliy is hard-coded. I know this because if you make a copy of it, you will see that it has no effects through modifiers (however, if you make a copy of it, it can also allow for selection of a 2014 invocation).
A lot of things are hard-coded and cannot be done in custom content. Most likely, the list of invocations is hard-coded as well. This is faster in that it does not have to pull the list from anywhere, and you cannot make a custom invocation. However, it also has the flaw that it cannot see the 2024 invocations.
Is it a bug? Not necessarily. The feat was for the older version. They have changed the Eldritch Invocations a bit in 2024, most notably being the lowering of level requirements. Also some of the older invocations are made irrelevant due to the one that lets ytou get origin feats.
What I did for my warlock that has the Eldritch Adept feat is to use it for Devil's Sight, which works the same in both versions.
in the character sheet, under Features & Traits > Class Features, my Goolock class feature Clairvoyant Combatant shows DC as 17; however, I have a Rod of the Pact Keeper adding +2 for a DC of 19. this correct number shows as my spell DC under Spells.
does the class feature description perform another calculation? ideally it should reuse a single calculation result.
The Elven Accuracy Feat is not listed as available to a 2024 PHB Elf species when building a character BUT is available to a 2014 PHB Elf species.
Clearly an oversight in missing the 2024 Elf from the pre-requisites for the Elven Accuracy feat - please fix this since Elven Accuracy is still an elligible feat choice for 2024 characters.
I did build it using the "Core Rules" or 2024 version, but that's because Shadow Magic Sorcery is not an option on the 2014 Sorcerer despite the fact that it predates the 2024 revamp. Despite the source, it should still give me the choice for legacy poison spray as I have 2014 content enabled. When selecting spells I have two Ice Knife options and two thunderclap options, the 2024 change and one that says legacy and has the 2014 specs. I can chose which to use. Poison spray doesn't have a legacy option within that spell list. Also just saw the Witch Bolt also doesn't have a legacy option. It's a bit frustrating as I am either going to have to write out all of my legacy spells or use the 5e companion app for this campaign. 5e is not really user friendly and kind of wastes my D&D Beyond subscription and library.

Couple things here:
1. Shadow Magic is absolutely still available for the 2014 Sorcerer class. However, since it's not from a core book (it's from Xanathar's Guide to Everything) you need to have "Expanded Rules" turned on in the Home tab of the character builder. Once you do this, you should see that subclass become available. I just did this on a new character and it works fine for me.
2. Characters made using a 2024 class can't use the old versions of spells (or anything) from the 2014 Player's Handbook, which includes Poison Spray and Witch Bolt. However, the character builder does allow them to select the legacy versions of spells from certain older sources that aren't core books, such as the Elemental Evil Player's Companion (which is the original source of both Ice Knife and Thunderclap). This is why you're seeing the behavior you're seeing with the spell list.
Glitch or not? When choosing High Elf Species (2024), the character is afforded the Prestidigitation cantrip with the option of changing to another Wizard cantrip after a long rest. HOWEVER, (at least for my 2024 sorcerer character) how do you change out this cantrip on the (Sorcerer) Character Sheet without having to go through the Manage sequence again?

Just click Edit on the character, go back to the Species page of the character builder, and change what's selected in the drop-down.
Has there been a workaround or fix for the Ritual Casting Feat? For me it's still not showing the spells I've selected unless I navigate to the features and traits page and click on the ritual casting feat itself.
Sometimes when I want to add something to a character, I either make up a feat or woundrous item, depending on what I want it to add. In the case of Ritual Caster, maybe make a version that works?
+1 Above. Theoretically you should be able to add Agonizing Blast to any Warlock Cantrip. Pact of the Tome makes cantrips you pick up from other classes into Warlock cantrips. You functionally could add Agonizing Blast to any cantrip that you can pick up with Pact of the Tome (which I think is any damaging cantrip in the game). This feature is not working at all right now.
Legacy Warlock - Legacy Warlock invocations aren't available for the 2024 Warlock.
Does this mean that legacy warlock invocations are not meant to be used with 2024 warlocks, or just that you haven't figured out a way to have 2024 warlocks use them on the site?

I'm finding that D&D Beyond works best if you assume the first until the second is implemented. One thing I've noticed after creating 12 different "2024" characters (single-class and multi-class) is the legacy (i.e., 2014) rules should not be used with 2024 characters. Ever. If there is a "(legacy)"-tagged version of something available to a 2024 character as well as a non-legacy version, always go with the non-legacy version. So, in the case of legacy warlock invocations, 2024 warlocks don't get them. For now.

I believe the expectation is that invocations from Xanathar's and Tasha's should be covered under expanded rules rather than Legacy as they didn't receive updates on the new PHB.
You are correct that that is not currently the case.

Paladin Oath Spells from previous subclasses are not automatically added to the class and need to be added separately
