The Threatening Presence ability for the Bulwark Warrior is not calculating the DC for the Wisdom save correctly. It's supposed to be 8+Constitution+Proficiency. Currently it is not including the Constitution modifier.
Relatively minor but a bug or oversight nonetheless: The Warrior of Pride Monk Subclass's ability Bruised Ego, for one it should probably have a special action under the Other tab to remind players they get temp HP whenever they use focus, but also the snippet codes in the tooltip need to be unsigned.
Currently the the tooltip under Bruised Ego reads (with 16 wisdom): "When you expend a Focus Point, you can also gain Temp HP equal to +3. While you are Bloodied, you gain +6 instead." It should probably be: "When you expend a Focus Point, you can also gain Temp HP equal to 3. While you are Bloodied, you gain 6 instead." Done simply by making this: modifer:wis@min:1 into (modifier:wis@min1)#unsigned
The buckler from this book is causing issues by highlighting the disadvantage for STR and DEX checks when not proficient with it. This happens no matter whether the character should be or not. I have made a test character that is a monster hunter, is proficient with shields, and has taken the advanced weapons fighting style feat. This character still doesn't allow the buckler to be wielded without the downsides of "not being proficient with it.
Don't know if its been caught yet or not. But the Feat Sangromantic Initiate, doesn't limit the player on the spell they can pick. It supposed to limit to only a spell of a level you can cast, which becomes always prepared and you can even cast it once per long rest. The Feat is currnetly allowing you to pick any Sangromancy Spell, no matter what level you are.
I just accidentally picked a 9th level spell as a 4th level character, which is how I noticed this.

Havent seen this posted when i searched for it, but the Apocalypse Sorcerers Arcane Apocrypha feature is different in the character builder vs the digital book. in the book it states that the scrolls disintegrate after a long rest, but that is not mentioned in the character builders version of the feature
Dhampir's Racial Spells don't allow you to pick which casting stat they use, nor do they sync to match your class. Despite saying that you can or that they are supposed to.
Has an issue with the Adventurer's Talents: Wizard option.

I was making a new character for an upcoming campaign and noticed that I received 3 ability score points from Dhampir and 3 from my Origin/Background. Is this a glitch or intended? I tried other species from Grim Hollow and the few that I tried did not add ability scores for the species. Only the Dhampir did this.
The Path of the Fractured's Face of Rage isn't applying STR Mod or Rage Mod to Damage like it should be. Nor is it showing a "To Hit" I have even looked in the Ghostfire Gaming's Discord, and its been asked several times and been confirmed multiple times that it is supposed to
the Enhanced Ruinous Smite. abilitiy is showing up on the character builder and character sheet at level 3 for entropy druids and that is wrong based on the book

the spell save for almost every subclass ability is set wrong, all Ability Score Type is set to not the coreect spell save dc but to whatever savin throw a target is supposed to do. You have to homebrew it all to fix it

Hello, there’s a bug on the Dhampir currently allowing casting charm person at will rather than one free use per long rest.
Grudgel still needs to pick a casting stat for Magical Savvy.
There is no option to do so.
