I have the right subscription and pre ordered on dndstore.wizards.com(it is linkt to dndbeyond) but i can't access the Ferun stuff, what can i Du to fix that or is this a known bug?
Did you redeem your code? You won't be able to use it here without that. There should be a link to it in your purchase confirmation email.
If you don't have that email yet, it's possible you haven't been charged yet. If you check your order history on that site, there should be an option to trigger the payment, after which you'll get your code.

The Windskiff seems to be locked to the Adventures in Faerun content, despite being in Heroes of Faerun.
It seems this was changed, but now it says "This content is linked to the Archived Playtest digital content pack. Click to visit the marketplace for purchasing options."
To clarify, this is when you hover over the Windskiff link in Chapter 4 in the Equipment > Adventuring Gear table. Even though you can properly see the Windskiff if you scroll down or use the link in the navigation to the left.
As a side note, searching this thread for the word "Windskiff" or "windskiff" returns 0 results even though it is obviously mentioned.

I鈥檒l double check with them, but the first player to notify me had it in sync before when a similar issue arose.
