RELEASE NOTES
Go from ordinary hero to world-shaking legend in the fantastical Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn. This compendium of player options awakens new possibilities for your hero that will transform your campaign into the next great Forgotten Realms epic.
Syncing Entitlements
If you don’t see any of the content from the source, please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:
Once completed, your content should appear! If you experience any issues accessing your content, please contact our Support Team.
14 NEW MAPS
The book features 14 new maps, plus the bonus Atlas of Faerûn map.
8 NEW SUBCLASSES
The book features 8 new subclasses.
College of the Moon (Bard)
Knowledge Domain (Cleric)
Banneret (Fighter)
Oath of the Noble Genies (Paladin)
Winter Walker (Ranger)
Scion of the Three (Rogue)
Spellfire Sorcery (Sorcerer)
Bladesinger (Wizard)
BOOK ERRATA: While working the team identified that the Oath of the Noble Genies Paladin's Unarmored AC was Dexterity plus Constitution, this was incorrect and has been updated to be Dexterity plus Charisma. This will be reflected in future printings of Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn.
18 NEW BACKGROUNDS
The book features 18 new backgrounds. These are all supported.
34 NEW FEATS
The book features 34 feats. These are all supported.
19 NEW SPELLS
The book features 19 new spells. These are all supported.
CIRCLE MAGIC
The book features a section explaining the technique of Circle Magic in the Forgotten Realms. On D&D Beyond we have implemented the rules surrounding this technique by applying a new Optional Class Feature to our 2024 spellcasting classes and subclasses.
How to enable the Circle Magic feature in the character builder:
In the character builder, on the Home page, check "Optional Class Features" under the "Optional Features" section to enable them.
On the 1. Class page, select a spellcasting class or subclass, then select "Optional Feature Manager". Under Additional Features select "Circle Magic Casting" to enable it.
This feature will add actions to the character sheet for initiating Circle Magic and the various Circle Casting options.
By making Circle Magic an optional feature, we hope that this will give each player and Dungeon Master the flexibility to decide if they want to use Circle Magic in their games!
3 NEW MAGIC ITEMS
The book features 3 magic items. These are all supported.
12 NEW ITEMS
The book features 3 magic items. These are all supported.
2 NEW MONSTERS
The book features 2 monsters. These are all supported.
I've purchased the physical and digital bundle on Beyond but I can't access the book. It shows as I own in in my library and lists as "available", but when I try to look at anything it takes me back to the purchase section.
Is there a way to fix this? I submitted a ticket also.
Edit:
Issue solved, I had to sign up for the higher tier service.
Hmm, do you only have access if you have the master tier level and 2 weeks of early access? Maybe that's why I can't see it yet.
Yes, early access today is only for Master Tier subscribers. Hero Tier subscribers get access next Tuesday (Nov. 4th), and non-subscribers on the official release date (Nov. 11th).

I do not seem to be able to redeem a code. I can see the order and If I click the authorise I get a page with instruction on how to redeem but no actual code.
Does the Master Tier benefit of getting pre-orders two weeks early not apply to the 3 additional supplements in the Forgotten Realms Ultimate/Digital bundle? I was under the impression that Astarion’s Book of Hungers and Netheril's Fall would be available today as well for Master Tier subs.
Edit: Nevermind, I scrolled past the answer above. Is there any reason as to why the early access doesn't apply to them? I find it odd that the main books are available early but not the supplements too?

Wild Magic and Dead Magic has a link that does not work
Links in the Table of Contents don't go to the chapters.
Die with hilarity, or die not at all.
Can’t add any of the new options to character sheets yet.
Edit: restoring licenses fixed the issue.
The Atlas map is problematic in the DnD Beyond app on my iPad Air (13in with iPadOs 26.0.1)
Most of the POIs are unreadable when I zoom the map as the resolution doesnt work out. Same thing of the iPhone app.
But on the web version, the map quality is less problematic (although not perfect).

Circle magic info is showing up on all new character sheets that I create regardless of class etc

I purchased through the EU account, Is it available to me?
I bought the digital bundle with the two supplemental books and I don’t have access to them. Is that not a part of master tier early release?

ModeratorIf you've redeemed your D&D Beyond code from the EU store and have an active Master Tier subscription, you should indeed be able to access it today.

ModeratorThere is no early access period for those supplements. The first two will be available on Nov. 11th, and the third on Nov. 18th.

I have a master tier sub.
Nevermind, I forced the payment and I now at least can see the base books. Not sure about additional content. Will look further.
A bunch of spells names show "Tooltip not found" on the app
In the "credits" section the captions for alternate and regular cover art are swapped

Re [tooltip not found] issue: In the paragraph on ‘Shagrilars lair’ of the Dalelands section, for example.
