The Vampiric Bite attack is currently calculating the "to hit" incorrectly. It is applying the constitution modifier to the to hit (the feature description only says it applies it to damage) and it does not apply the proficiency bonus. It should be using strength (unless playing a monk, in which case dexterity would be able to be used).

I bought the supplement but can’t seem to open the content

Not sure why but this book isn't showing up in content sharing, but Netheril's Fall is? Been checking to see if it shows up since I have content sharing turned on, but Astarion's book of Hunger is still missing.

I checked, my entitlements are in sync. I got both Astarion's Book of Hunger, and Netheril's Fall since I pre-ordered the digital bundle for the Faerun books. So I should be the one sharing it. But when I go to check the content sharing list it's not showing up there, just the two Faerun books, and Netheril's Fall.

I don't see it on the Content Management screen in my campaigns either. My entitlements are synced and I can access the content just fine, it just doesn't appear on the list of things I can enable/disable content sharing for.

 Same.  My players can't access it either.

I'm having the same issue. It doesn't show up in content sharing list and my players cannot access the content in my campaign. Everything is synched. It shows up in my purchased content on marketplace and I can access the content to build characters.

Regarding Cloying Mist, we can not "cast it using spell slots" we "have of the appropriate level" as intended. Only the free cast once per long rest shows up.

 On top of this, the Vampiric Bite Action does not have its Weapon Attack Subtype as Unarmed, hence it's not applying magic items and class features that affect Unarmed Strikes.

I'm having the content sharing issue as well. Both me and players have synced entitlements and I've checked that it's being shared and it says it is. But my players can't access or see it in the character builder. Any other solutions on how to fix this?

edit: Nevermind, after I did all that I went to Campaigns and even though it said Astarian's was being shared I spammed the "Share All" buttons a few times and it appeared for players. No idea why that worked.

I made a character and gave it 4 Levels of MONK

If you scroll down to the BITE attack it shows 1D6, the MA damage die.

Using CON as to-Hit mod but WITHOUT Proficiency bonus added to the To-Hit.
