I had a similar issue with one of the players in my campaign. Have your player sync their entitlements and that should fix the issue.
Regarding Cloying Mist, we can not "cast it using spell slots" we "have of the appropriate level" as intended. Only the free cast once per long rest shows up.

Was removing the Dhampire Deathless nature intentional?
Dhampires now need to breath?
Vampire Warden has art in the book but no portrait set in D&D Beyond.

Has the Dhampir Monk and martial arts been addressed?
As far as I can tell from online posts...
DEX for To Hit Bonus (Needs to add proficiency in character builder)
MA damage die for unarmed 'BITE' damage.
CON for Unarmed 'BITE' damage mod.
