For artillerist there is now a special action for the Eldritch Cannon so that its HP can be tracked. However, it's also marked to display as an attack despite having no relevant information to roll anything.
The Force Ballista is using the Dex modifier to attack instead of INT, and does not have a damage roll. I created a custom attack for this, but I can't get the correct INT + PB for attack and not have INT added to the 2d8 damage it is meant to have. (I tried adding a negative damage modifier, but I was not able to add a modifier value less than 1.)
EDIT: Perhaps what you're seeing is the Eldritch Cannon action from the "Other" section being listed as an attack when it shouldn't be. That action is there purely to track the HP of the cannon. If you scroll up to your bonus actions, you'll see the option for the force ballista that you can set to display as an attack, as I mentioned before.
It would be nice, although it's not exactly a bug, if the Repeating Shot weapons would allow you to select the INT modifier, which you are allowed to do if you are a Battle Smith or are using the True Strike cantrip.
This already works for Battle Smiths. If you click the weapon, you should see a "Use Intelligence" checkbox there in the sidebar. This is not yet supported for True Strike, though.
Maybe this is on purpose, but considering that Khoravar are pretty much the new version of Half Elf, it seems weird they don't qualify for feats like Elven Accuracy or Prodigy the way Half Elf did previously.
Thank you @spamandtuna! Is there something I need to do to get the Force Ballista attack to update on my sheet? I have the stock attack correctly adding the INT to the attack but still incorrectly adding my INT to the damage.

That's a technical limitation, I'm afraid. The current system (which they're rebuilding) can only add it to both the attack roll and the damage. Thus, removing it from the damage would remove it from the attack roll as well, which is also incorrect.
If you click the Force Ballista action, though, you can open the Customize menu in the sidebar to display it as an attack anyway. You can also add a negative value to the damage to effectively cancel out your INT. If you have a +3 INT, for example, you can add -3 to undo it.

For the Alchemist Subclass, the Experimental Elixir feature has different wording depending on where you look on a character sheet. The way the feature works depends on which description you read.
In one spot it states "After a Long Rest while holding Alchemist’s Supplies, you can use that tool to magically produce two elixirs. When someone drinks the elixir, roll on the Experimental Elixir table for each elixir's effect." This means the effects of the elixirs aren't known until they are used.
However, when you click on that feature to show the table of magical elixirs, the description states: "Whenever you finish a Long Rest while holding Alchemist’s Supplies, you can use that tool to magically produce two elixirs. For each elixir, roll on the Experimental Elixir table for the elixir’s effect, which is triggered when someone drinks the elixir." This means you would know the effect of the elixir before drinking.

The species in this book and feat prerequisites are messed up. I have a Changeling character and if I homebrew a feat with Changeling as a prerequisite (or using one of the Changeling species feats from Exploring Eberron) the feat claims that I don't meet the prerequisites for it. I've also encountered this with Kalashtar. This is making me have to homebrew feats to remove the prerequisites just so they're usable with the species.

There are now two versions of the Kalashtar species and three versions of the Changeling species available on D&D Beyond. Make sure you are selecting the correct one for your prerequisite.

correct ones are definitely selected because all of them are selected. Like I said, this issue is also causing the feats in Exploring Eberron to not work properly
I can't seem to access the Fated Flight of the Recluse adventure. When I try to by clicking on it through my library I am taken to the marketplace page for Eberron: Forge of the Artificer. I have already purchased Forge of the Artificer, but I did not preorder it. Is Fated Flight of the Recluse permanently inaccessible for people who bought Forge of the Artificer after its release date?

It was a preorder bonus/apology for the delay in release for people that preordered
The Lightning Launcher of the Armorer currently allows to roll with STR or INT. According to its description it counts as a simple ranged weapon, so shouldn't it roll with DEX or INT instead?
-edit- Just realised it misses Finesse, which most range weapons got. This seems like an oversight to me though, as it's not a thrown weapon.

Excellent! It now lets me add the negative damage modifier (it wouldn't before). Thank you so much!!

For the record, the latter version is correct per the actual text of the book.
The snippet saying that you determine the effect when it's drunk is part of D&D Beyond's implementation and is incorrect.

Why are there no +2 or +3 versions of the repeating weapon?
The book does not include any such items, so that’s a question for the designers rather than a D&D Beyond issue.

So I'm not able to add my player's Steel Defender to the VTT.
Steel Defender needs a stat block, and it's based on the player's stats, so it needs a homebrew block. Then that can be added.
That is really irritating.
Unfortunately, that's just the cost of using player-scaled stat blocks. The VTT can only summon stat blocks and character sheets.
If you want to have the player just track manually, you could throw together a super-basic homebrew block that just grants the token.
Daask Raider statblock is placed within The Dreaming Dark section.
