Still have not gotten a reply for "When are you going to finally put in the weapon mastery properties from Northlands?"
Due to a system limitation, third-party weapons aren't included in the "Choose a Weapon Mastery" dropdown. However, there's a "Weapon Mastery (Northlands Worldbook)" feat you can use to add those instead. You can add it on your sheet by going to Features & Traits > Manage Feats.
This "system limitation" isn't preventing the Atgeir and its mastery property from appearing in said dropdown. It only seems to affect the other weapons.
Adding the weapon mastery via a feat works but is a kludge.
Uh... why remove the Atgeir rather than adding the other weapons, given that it's manifestly possible to do so?
Again, this is due to a system limitation. Items in that list will appear regardless of what books a user owns or what source categories are enabled for that character. As a result, this list is intended to include official weapons only.

But the spell's description says the Grappled condition ends once the creature is swallowed. And ending a grapple requires a Check, not a Save. So, I'm a little confused as to how this applies.

Sorry, I looked at the second paragraph, not the last one. You may want to reach out to the publisher for clarification instead.

I think we're talking past one another.
My point:
(a) There is demonstrably no technical obstacle to including third-party weapons in the dropdown, given that the Atgeir was present in the list for a time before you removed it. This is a design choice, not a "system limitation."
(b) It's a bad choice, a silly one, that prevents the user interface from functioning how a reasonable person who paid for third-party content would expect, and instead forces them to use a kludgy workaround to include on their character sheet. It's lousy UX with no good justification.

It was a glitch, not a deliberate choice, for the ategir to appear. This glitch happens cyclically.

Regardless: the "glitch" disproves the argument that there's some technical obstacle to including third-party content in the dropdown. It can be done. It's a question of capability, not possibility.

It wasn't intended. It wasn't able to be replicated intentionally before.
Please don't try & gotcha Spam. They're not the one who makes these calls. Likewise, I only know so much because I used legally accessible tools to take a peek under DND Beyond's hood, and, once you see the surface level....the site is a miracle to be running at all. If you think that the Weapon Mastery thing is a kludge, you ain't seen nothing once you look at the surface-level coding.
So no, it ain't that simple. Nothing involving this site's coding is simple.

I’m not gotcha-spamming. I’m observing reality. And I manage site-reliability engineering teams supporting software that makes this look like a high-schooler’s senior project, so spare me the idea that it’s just too complex and miraculous to be running at all.

If you knew ANYTHING about my post history on here, you'd know I'm no white knight.
I've brought up the coding needing improvements NUMEROUS times, while double-checking to see what truth lies accessible under the hood.
It's a miracle(negative) that ANYTHING works. & there IS a site redo coming either late this year or early next year. I advise looking at the roadmap that's available.

The description for "Hungry Jaws of Fenris" (https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/3274634-hungry-jaws-of-fenris) does not specify the type of Save a swallowed creature makes to escape.
