But on that note, the section heading for The Medusas of Cazhaak Draal doesn't appear in the sidebar navigation menu; the subheadings under it are all folded into the Harpies of the Byeshk Mountains section.

The Shadow's gift of stone feat. Doesn't give access to any of the spells on character sheets. also it says "When you reach a character level specified in the Medusa Spells table of your Shadow’s Magic feature" but the feature doesn't mention character levels, only spell levels
The Ashbound Initiate, Gatekeeper Initiate, Greensinger Initiate, Warden Initiate, and Winter Initiate feats all lack ability scores for their spell save DCs and attacks. There may have been an oversight when these feats were designed but I'm sure that's not what was intended. It's the same problem that the new spell school adept feats from Arcana Unleashed have.

These feats (and the ones from Arcana Unleashed) do not need to specify an ability score, because they just make their spells "always prepared". They don't give you a way to actually cast the spells; that has to come from some other feature, like Spellcasting or Pact Magic, and that feature tells you what ability score to use.
It would be a problem if the feats gave you a way to cast the spells without using a spell slot — then they'd need to specify which ability score to use — but they don't.
I'd really appreciate it if an upcoming update could address two issues:
1) The Weapon Mastery (Steel Jaws) bug, D&D Beyond keeps telling me I need to purchase the source book again to unlock this mastery, even though I already own it. Re-syncing my library doesn't resolve this either.
2) The Shadow's Gift of Stone Feat (Medusa) currently only grants its Ability Score Increase, it doesn't actually add the prepared spells listed in the Medusa Spells table.
Both fixes would mean a lot to me, as they affect two species I use regularly: Steel Jaws for the Worg, and this Feat for Medusas.
The Weapon Mastery (Steel Jaws) isn't showing in my feat list as an option to choose.
Fixed!
So, the Feat search now at least doesn't want me to buy the book again to see the Feat, but I still can't select it in the Character sheets under Feats or in Homebrew.
I take that back; it's available normally now, too.

I'm having the same issue as well. Took the feat, but the associated spells are not being reflected in my spell list. Let alone the ability to cast them once without a spell slot.

Search doesn't appear to cover the book.
Searching for "gargoyle" for example does not bring back any references in Quickstone, but I can navigate directly to the link your provided https://www.dndbeyond.com/species/2188036-gargoyle

The shadow gift of stone doesn’t give your spells from Medusa shadow magic even though it should
Common magic items, like Oni Braid, don't show as options in my artificer's level 2 "Magic Item Plans"
