The Vestige's Strike attack bonus now equals CHA+PB. If you have anything else that adds to your spell attack bonus, you'll need to include those manually. You can click the attack, open the Customize menu in the sidebar, and add an attack bonus there.
This is a current system limitation, so the roll has been hidden. If you'd like it displayed anyway, you can go to the Actions tab and click Healing Touch, then open the Customize menu in the sidebar. There you can click "Display as Attack" and manually add a damage bonus to match your CHA.

Is arcane overload really supposed to apply a couple points of damage once per long rest? That has to be a typo, it's 2-6 pts of extra damage for crying out loud!
Spamandtuna, I don't know if you're the one actually implementing these fixes or just handling the communication, but I want to express appreciation for your hard work.
I do also want to bring up again the issue of the lack of a spellcasting ability for the adept feats. Do we know if that's intended? Do we know if there's an errata en route?

Conjuration Adept isn’t working as intended for me. On my Druid character, it’s adding a plus 5 (Wisdom modifier) to multiple saving throws, and on my Cleric character, it’s registering the expanded spell list but not the bonus to Constitution saving throws. It’s not even adding the descriptive text of the benefit to the saving throws and senses tab. Just wanted to flag!
