There’s a typo on the Warrior of Mystic Arts Monk spell casting table showing how many spell slots it gets at level 1 even though that feature isn’t available until level 3
For the record this error appears in the digital book but not on the Monk class page.
After acquiring the Familiar Friend outside of the background, all the feats that chain from it Warlike Familiar, Elemental Familiar are selectable, however, Otherworldly Familiar does not appear on the list. It is the only feat in the chain that does not appear.
Those revisions to the character builder and other things in this site cannot come fast enough, starting with companions(& not just because I want Valda's Captain on DND Beyond)...those f(F)amiliar feats can't get working soon enough.
(If you can't support something when it's released, why bother releasing ANY books before 2027 when all of the good things start working due to cleanup of the backend?)

For some reason, Familiar Trainer gives you a different version of Familiar Friend so Warlike Familiar doesnt show up when selecting Feats because it is separated by ability.

Elemental Familiar, Otherworldly Familiar, & Warlike Familiar. Because D&D Beyond cannot support companions at this time, certain benefits that are granted to familiars from these feats cannot be actualized.
The Adept Feats don't add any Ability Modifier to Attack Bonus or Save DC of the granted spells. They only use Proficiency Bonus.
If this is intended, since these Feats don't actually say they add an Ability Modifier (as Fey Touched, Genie Magic, etc do), then wow these are horrible Feats.
I am not sure I understand this. The fact that a feat shows up and is selectable is different than making that feat functional (although I am not really sure how these benefits will be “supported”— For instance, if you have otherworldly familiar, you know the familiar can move through solid objects). The character sheet will likely tell you that the familiar has the ability, and I suspect that is good enough (at least for now). I could be wrong, but at least getting the feats that are having issues to show up would be a good start for this situation. Just saying—
Familiar Friend does not grant the Find Familiar spell as a prepared spell (at least on a Warlock)
Same goes for my Wizard I just made.
You'll need to return to the Background tab and select a spellcasting ability for the feat. (If you don't see that choice, try removing and re-adding the background.)

Yeah, they should indeed be available, and these were logged as a separate bug. The comment in the first post simply means that these feats won't add text to the stat block from Familiar Friend itself.

It also appears that Battle Familiar does not show up with the Bard’s Magical Secrets even though the spell is on both the Druid and Wizard spell lists.
We would like some clarification: are these intended to be class spells like the Dragonmark feats? Are they intended to have an ability score they use as spellcasting ability? Or are they not class spells and only use your prof?

"certain benefits that are granted TO familiars from these feats" This is referring to the changes that the feats make to the familiars themselves. We are not discussing that, we are pointing out that After taking the prerequisite feature, the features after it are still not showing up.

Boon of Magic School Mastery says its repeatable but can only be taken once.
Boon of the Iron Mind doesn’t actually apply an ability score increase. It shows +0 applied under the selected attribute.

Grave Ground, Spirit Lantern and Wail of the Banshee are all wrongly listed as having a Hit DC on the sheet.
The arcana domain doesn't grant the choice of a skill from the Cleric base skill list as described, it justs provides arcana proficiency.
Arcane Omens origin feat is only granting Helpful Premonition 1/long rest rather than proficiency/long rest.
