Just noticed this with Divination Adept and Enchantment Adept too, so I think it must be the same across the board. A L20 character with a maximised primary spellcasting modifier is only displaying a save DC of 14.
A character sheet with Warrior of the Mystic Arts chosen will have Mystic Fighting Style (the bladesinger extra attack option) showing up at level 3 when it should be a level 6 feature.
The app doesn't let me choose any of the spellcasting general feats like Evocation Adept or Conjuring Adept. The app doesn't recognise the Monk's subclass Spellcasting ability.
In chapter 4 in the Bejeweled Conclave section under Leadership and Organizations at the end of the second paragraph it says, "As a result, clients who planned to planned to hire only one member of the Bejeweled Conclave often find themselves engaging two or three." which seems to be an extra planned to.

This is actually in the physical book as well. Oops...

This was fixed a couple days ago. If you're still seeing it, try leveling up and back down, or removing and re-adding the subclass.

I'm not finding the stat block for the Vestige Companion in DND Beyond character sheet anywhere. I assumed it would be in the Extras like a familiar. Is it somewhere else?

The Extras tab doesn't support stat blocks with dynamic stats. Usually they put stuff like that in the sidebar for the feature that grants it.
There are several feats out there that require a Spellcasting feature as a prerequisite. The Warrior of the Mystic Arts Monk should qualify for all of these, but it only seems to qualify for some of them. For instance, Spellfire Adept works, but Spell Sniper and War Caster don't.
The app doesn't let me choose any of the spellcasting general feats like Evocation Adept or Conjuring Adept. The app doesn't recognise the Monk's subclass Spellcasting ability.
+1 on this issue / these issues, and a double-check on the Save DC's, Roll To Hits, etc for the Adept Feats would also be appreciated. Seems to be the same kind of thing I had with the Steinhardt's Rogue Subclass

The text "Legendary Action Uses: 3." in the stat block of Taisus has a styling which is different from that of the similar text in the other legendary creatutes from Arcana Unleashed
On the actions tab of the D&D Beyond character sheet the Vestige's attacks are showing as Fire damage even though I have set it to be an Undead Vestige, so it should be Necromantic damage.
The Enchanter Wizard subclass has lots of small glitches. Firstly it doesn't give your intelligence bonus to the skill proficiency you select with Enchanting Conversationalist.
Fixed!

In the Monsters listing (both in the website and in the app), when filtering on Source = Arcana Unleashed, the Lacedon Ghoul (from the Monster Manual) is showing up, too

That's one of several monsters that are included in the little intro adventure at the end of Arcana Unleashed, so it's correct that they appear under that source as well.
On the individual pages for the new backgrounds, such as here, the granted origin feat is listed as just plain text. Backgrounds added in prior 5.5e books such as the Player's Handbook and Eberron: Forge of the Artificer have these as links to the individual feat pages, making it much easier to look them up.
The links are also missing on the backgrounds added in Ravenloft: The Horrors Within.

then, why do Animated Armor, Shadow, Worg and the other monster that show up in the adventure NOT show up in the listing, but only the Lacedon Ghoul?

These three are all in the Basic Rules. Any user can access those statblocks, without purchasing anything.
Lacedon Ghoul, however, is not in the Basic Rules. Rather than requiring users to also purchase the Monster Manual in order to run the adventure here, they've simply included that statblock with the purchase of this book instead. That way anyone who's purchased this book can use it to its fullest.

Conjuration Adept is adding +MOD not just to Constitution Saving throws, but to every saving throw. Here's an example with two images. Same character. In the first image, Conjuration Adept is selected, and in the second I've removed it and used an ASI to get the same +1 to WIS.
The list shows 7 monsters, but there is an 8th entry in the list without description. It's right below the Worg.
On the website this is not visible except for some blank space (it's there but you don't easily notice) but in the (Android) app it shows a bullet point without content

None of the new magic items appear under the artificer’s Replicate Magic Item options. How about a little love?

In the "preparation" section of the included adventure (Tomb of the Shadow Serpent), here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/au/appendix-tomb-of-the-shadow-serpents#Preparation
