RELEASE NOTES
Project_Lamordia reimagines one of Ravenloft’s most chilling Domains of Dread through a modern lens. In the world of Gothic Earth, Dr. Viktra Mordenheim uses cutting-edge technology and forbidden magic to promise digital immortality at the cost of one’s own soul. Plunge your players into a modernistic AI-gone-wrong nightmare in Mordenheim Kinetics facility, a laboratory filled with mechanistic terrors and failed experiments.
Syncing Entitlements
If you don’t see any of the content from the source, please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:
The book features 3 maps. Each map is supported with Quickplay and DM Prep Scenes.
ADDITIONAL CONTENT
The book includes 1 species (Reborn) and 4 feats (Aberrant Anatomy, Echoing Soul, Gathered Whispers, and Symbiotic Being) first released in Ravenloft: The Horrors Within. These listings are fully supported.
Additionally, this book features mechanics for playing Lamordian Survivors. This content is not supported on D&D Beyond outside of the compendium.
AVRAE
The book and its content is now supported through the discord bot, Avrae.
ADVENTURERS LEAGUE
The book and its adventures are NOT compatible with Adventurers League. To learn more about the Adventurers League, visit the "What Is Adventurers League" post.
In the Neural Tuning adventure at section N5: Neuroscan Booths, there seems to be a text formatting error. The text reads: The attendants are programmed to force the characters into the booths, and each uses [Tooltip Not Found] to grapple or shove a character into place.
I'm confused cause the source material says the cryogenics adventure that uses that map is for lvl 3 characters. Yet the quick play maps say they are for level 1. Is this a bug or a feature that the maps don't line up with the source material?

I was able to get the Survivor characters to work in D&D Beyond. I used a class for each survivor and made some customizations. Lamordian Evangelist = Cleric Lamordian Mercenary = Fighter Lamordian Infiltrator = Rogue Lamordian Technician = Wizard
I then assigned a custom background to each and left everything blank, then I assigned each character as a human species. I selected the two skill proficiencies and inputted the stats. If you select no other options through character creation you should be able to load the character sheet. From there you can remove the saving throw proficiency and add in the weapons/spells for the appropriate character. I'm just telling my players that they cant use Sneak Attack, Second Wind, or Arcane Recovery, since I cant figure out how to block those off the character sheet. I'm running the game for some friends tomorrow night on Maps VTT so hopefully this works out.
My DM was running Neural Tuning when we ran into some balancing issues. We are three level six adventurers doing the level five adventure. He added in the map and ran it entirely from Quickplay. There were MANY noticeable differences from the Map and the book and the boss room with Rudolph had two CR 12 Adams on the map? Supposedly, the damage from the tune in the first room was DC: 18 4d8 Thunder damage whereas the book has them at DC: 13 for 2d4 Thunder damage. What is with all of these differences? Supposedly, almost the whole adventure is completely wrong. Different flavor text. Different DCs, Different Damages. It would appear there are more differences like this throughout the whole book with the Quickplay Map being harder than the actual book and vice versa.
So I am seeing a big difference between what's in the maps notes and the actual text. For instance The text says "When you’re ready to start this adventure, read the boxed text for area S1 in the “Sanctuary Locations” section."
This text does not exists in the material, only in the maps. You guys have to understand that not everyone is using your VTT, so the boxed text simply doesn't exist for people reading the material, not planning to use the VTT. You have to respect the people still running this game at the table and develop your material to support BOTH, not just the VTT. Which it seems this material was built around.
While I like this module, I dislike the way it was implemented, it only works right now if you are using maps. Outside of that, you have left the DM hanging.

Hello,
In the Neural Tuning adventure at section N5: Neuroscan Booths, there seems to be a text formatting error.
The text reads: The attendants are programmed to force the characters into the booths, and each uses [Tooltip Not Found] to grapple or shove a character into place.
The handout "Handout 3: Reset Instructions" is missing from the Deep Freeze adventure.
I'm confused cause the source material says the cryogenics adventure that uses that map is for lvl 3 characters. Yet the quick play maps say they are for level 1. Is this a bug or a feature that the maps don't line up with the source material?

D&D Beyond StaffThanks for calling this out! That was a typo on our part and will be fixed shortly on Quickplay Maps. The source material is correct.
