I'm making a druid and would like to make them a Spore Druid. But, DnD Beyound doesn't give me the option. I have access to Tashas, so should be good. Anyone have any advice?
Make sure under the home tab sources you have Magic the Gathering content enabled. The spores druid originally appeared in the Ravnica book, so that has to be checked for it to work.

Good luck!
I found this requirement so absurd I immediately tested it. I noticed that in the character creation tool I had Magic: The Gathering content, and Eberron content enabled by default. So I disabled the M:tG content and got to the Druid Circle selection and indeed Circle of Spores was not an available option.
So yeah, Mcapsam is spot on and now I am wondering if this is a bug or a feature.

I don't think or know if Tasha's gives the Spore Druid subclass, you probably need the PHb and not Tasha's.

Thank you!
