It might help if you had some specific things in mind you need help with. These forums are full of really helpful people but simply "help me build my world" doesn't give people anything specific to help with. Is it just general advice you're looking for? Brainstorming something in particular? Are you looking for someone to actually do all the work based on your few ideas?.
basically, what I do is pick a theme, figure out what the first adventure will be, and build it based off of the players actions. I did that and had a 2 year campaign, that me and my players consider the best campaign we've ever done.
