I've run both sets, and I would recommend The lost mines of Phandelver & The forge of Fury.
You get a good mix of open-world roleplay with Phandelver and a classic dungeon crawl with Fury. Citadel and Fury ran together is one dungeon crawl after another, which may get tiresome as the theme may change, but the playstyle will be the same.
If you run The Lost Mines of Phandelver followed by The Forge of Fury you will need some adjustment as the former is level 1-5 and the latter level 3-5. Where Sunless Citadel is level 1-3.
But my recommandation would be the same as BKThompson, as it would bring more variety. If you're willing to make adjustments, have you thought of using some 2E/3E DRAGONLANCE adventures ? They would be mored tied to the setting than the adventures above.
Thanks for your recommendations. Unfortunately I don’t own any 2E or 3E products. I selected these as they are the ones I own (all 5E) and see more appropriate for the setting, but thank you for the tip.

Hello there,
I will like to run a pair of Dragonlance adventures for my friends. I was thinking of adapting either
The lost mines of Phandelver > The forge of Fury
The sunless citadel > The forge of Fury
Which one you will recommend me? And why?
