where would i post ideas for campaigns/other questions

so i tend to get alot of silly lil ideas for campaigns that i think would be fun if people did them and i get curious on what other would actually think of these campaign ideas so where would i post those [no im not a dm its like ideas for other people to do as dms or players can present to thier dms]

also where would i find campaigns to join on here?

also how would i find an lgbtq friendly group to play with [giving that im lgbtq i would feel alot more comfortable playing in a group with fellow lgbtq people so i can be more open about myself but also have my characters be accepted since they also tend to be lgbtq like me]
