We once encountered an intelligent, cursed Longsword of Dragonslaying. It was +5 to hit and x4 damage versus Dragons but forced a Charisma check (DC 18) against every single attack versus other creatures because they were "Icky" and could not be suffered to touch them.
During combat it would wail and complain (audibly) that it was demeaning to be used against "inferior" opponents as they were not worthy of being slain by so noble a blade.

The truth is not what you want it to be; it is what it is and you must bow to it's power or live a lie. -Miyamoto Musashi
2. for d20 table representability better use google sheets table or something rather than just text wall
3.you didn't use any tooltips,in item description
4. define "unique items"? you need working balanced item or just joke silly item with as many entries to showcase joke as it can? If you need working and balanced look for griffon saddlebag 1,2 there is bunch of them on the pages. if you aren't and looking for joke one i'm bad advisor
Box of entertainment. A small, hand held rectangle. Anytime you look at it, it will tell write out a preposterous tale with at least one picture. Everytime you look at it, roll a wisdom save, DC 14.
If you make the save, you learn something and have advantage on your next History, Arcana, Nature, or Religion check.
If you fail your save you have learned a false fact and now have disadvantage on your next History, Arcana, Nature or Religion check.
Note, the item is cursed, and once you fail the Wisdom Save you will never realize you failed a Wisdom Save on it.
Movable Rod: Identical In every way to an immovable rod, except the engravings depict donkeys instead of horses. When the button is pressed, it immediately attempts to move towards the sun at a rapid pace. Any creature that was holding it must succeed on a DC 20 strength saving throw if they choose to hold their grasp. On a failure, they lose their grip on the rod. On a success, they are pulled with the rod into the sun and die unless they are immune to fire damage.
Any ideas on unique magic items?

Are you talking weapons? Armor? Wondrous items? What kind of rarity? Do you want it to grow more powerful with the campaign or be a static item?
You have 21 entries on your D20 table
