Try this link to search reaper's site https://www.reapermini.com/FigureFinder#search/Female just keep in mind that they name certain races different than D&D does. I've found it to be pretty useful. You can also use heroforge.com to make custom minis as well, a bit pricey but I've found them to be worth it.
If you're fortunate enough to have a local shop that will let you look at their mini catalog(s) that's an invaluable resource, I have that benefit. I am also blessed to have 2 friends with 3d printers and I know my way around Blender, custom minis are easy enough that way.
Otherwise, Red Box games, Reaper, and Heroforge, have been helpful for me in the past.
ATM in particular I am trying to find a Death Bringer mini, or something close to representation of one.
I often find it hard to find most mobs in mini form and it is very irritating, anyone able to assist at all?
What's a Death Bringer?
For mobs hit up ebay for games workshop lord of the rings models - orcs, goblins, uruk-hai (great hobgoblins) etc. You can strip paint off plastic models with isopropyl alcohol.

Some excellent places to get single miniatures include: miniaturemarket.com, coolstuffinc.com, trollandtoad.com & ebay (the first two offer $1 shipping for minis)
For a large sized, flail wielding mini - search for "Ogre War Hulk" (there are two different versions)
If you just want something scary and you're more flexible about the weapon, search for "Giant" (especially "Death Giant" and "Cave Giant")
For an outside-the-box tip: check out the old World of Warcraft miniatures. All effectively came on 'large' sized bases, and most were scaled such that they would work well as large minis
Minis Gallery is pretty cool for just browsing pre-painted minis. Sometimes I use this to find what I want and know exactly what to search for at miniaturemarket.com
