ok so I have a group on stormwreck isle but running an evil campaign.  my thoughts are to have them explore the area Sharruth is supposed to be imprisioned and find no body but remanants of his hoard some of the items containing soulgems from him that act sentient weapons and armor but push them towards hunting chromatics and general villany.  I think it would go great with the pirate theme I am trying to work.  any dragon killed with one of the sentient items would become a dracolich to fight all over again (meatgrinder) and be a driving force keeping them working together rather than infighting.  my question is this: has anyone done something similair  with creating a demilich from a dracolich and if so what the heck is it called?
