I am going to start dm’ing a new group and want to know some good adventures for new players BESIDES LOST MINES OF PHANDELVER AND ICESPIRE PEAK!

“And the Lord spake, saying, 'First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out! Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thou foe, who being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.'"
Curse of Strahd is great, Tyranny of Dragons very much less so, and Princes of the Apocalypse is quite good. If you want Anthologies, go for Candlekeep preferably. Nothing too complicated, like Tomb of Annihilation, Rime of the Frostmaiden, or Descent into Avernus.
I read the stormwreck one and the story seemed kinda bland so I’m gonna try strand. Thanks!

I actually just saw PHANDELVER and below I’m thinking about doing it because I didn’t really like the original but this one looks good! Is it good for new players?

Curse of Strahd is fantastic, I've been through it twice now once as a player and a second time as DM. The only down point is Strahd himself can be a little bit anti-climatic as a BBEG if you've collected all the anti-vampire mcguffins.
To be honest if you're an experienced DM I don't think there's many campaigns you can't run for new players with a little hand holding. The problem is finding the right campaign for a new DM
Most modules are fine. I enjoyed reading through Storm kings Thunder but I haven't heard much about the quality of it as a campaign.

He doesn't have much besides the skin on his bones. Me: I'll take the skin on his bones, then.
"You see a gigantic, monstrous praying mantis burst from out of the ground. It sprays a stream of acid from it's mouth at one soldier, dissolving him instantly, then it turns and chomps another soldier in half with it's- "
I get the pushback to something like Stormwreck being bland, but here's my two cents on that: who are you running the campaign for, and what are the goals for that?
If it's experienced DnD players, you don't need to explain everything all the time. But even at my table, with experienced players, we're still constantly consulting the rules and descriptions.
If it's for doe-eyed first timers who've never played DnD – you need to explain everything all the time.
So if your table are first-timers, you need to be willing to really take time with them. Some of them might not know what kind of player they are yet. Some of them might play a few sessions and drop because it's not their thing – which would suck in a bigger campaign.
Your table might be perfect for Strahd, of course. But I've DMed tables where even experienced players dropped after a few sessions because the vibe of the campaign wasn't what they wanted to do. Are you prepared for that risk with new players who both need to learn the play mechanics and figure out if this game, this campaign, this kind of RP, etc is for them?
TL;DR – bland is bland for a reason: it's digestible. LMOP and Stormwreck aren't supposed to be epic; they're supposed to help new players figure it out. They're tutorials, not campaigns.
I actually just saw PHANDELVER and below I’m thinking about doing it because I didn’t really like the original but this one looks good! Is it good for new players?
IIRC the first chapters are just LMOP with a few tweaks. So, *yes* Phandelver could be good for new players – especially if, as someone else said, you do some handholding and have some patience with them.
But if you're looking for a full campaign for new players, Phandelver might be the way to go. Or Heroes of the Borderlands, maybe.
Thanks. I am going to ask the people I am playing with which module they want to play. They are all pretty dedicated to doing this so I am going to let them vote.

Strahd is not recommended overall for first timers DM or players. Saltmarsh is OK, leaves a lot of room for homebrew as the chapters aren't really tied together, more of a collection of adventures that have water in them lol. I've heard that Phandelver is really good. I actually want to play through it but seem to be stuck in the DM chair mostly.

Heyo! You can call me Link. Here’s a bit about me:
Roomba Knight, Architect of the Cataclysm, Foxy Lunar Archpriest. Dubbed The Fluffy Bowman by Golden. He/Him
Theatre Kid, Ravenclaw, bookworm, DM, Lego fanatic, mythology nerd, pedantic about spelling. I also love foxes, cats, otters, and red pandas!
I love K-pop Demon Hunters and Korean Mythology. If you want to ask me about something, send me a PM!
I try to keep the peace and be neutral most of the time…
I started on dragons of stormreck island but it has some flaws and they need fire or radiant damage. For zombies
