Beyond both being gods occupying the lower planes, none that I know of. I would recommend checking the Forgotten Realms wiki for such.
There is, however, a vague thread you can follow if you want them to have a connection. Kelemvor allows devils/baatezu to make deals with the petitioners (dead souls) of the Fugue plane. The devils can basically offer them the opportunity to kickstart their infernal carrier as opposed to just wait around hoping that their deity will take notice. Since Asmodeus is the ruler of the devils, he could very well have been the one who struck this deal with Kelemvor.

I don't know, Sneet, maybe because your argument is "Submit and become our pet"?

Interesting....Why would Kelemvor allow this?
I'm not aware of any official reasons, but it could be
Because the Fugue Plane is really overcrowded. Every dead person in the Realms go there, and has to wait until their god (if they have any) pick them up. Bargaining with devils might be a way to lessen the population of souls that haven't been picked up yet (gods doesn't have the same concept of time as mortals, after all, so some souls might wait for centuries)
It's a loophole. As you may know, the False and the Faithless are condemned to be walled into the Wall of the Faithless to dissolve for all eternity (it might be just the faithless, sources vary). Kelemvor can't stop this, since it was a mandate by his predecessor Myrkul, and quite simply, it works, both giving gods the worship they need, and a way to get rid of faithless that just sort of hang around after death. Kelemvor does not like the system, but since he can't stop this, allowing the faithless and false to become devils lets them get out of the Wall, while still keeping Myrkul's mandate.
It's for the greater good. Kelemvor is technically neutral, so he doesn't pick a side in the Blood War, but he knows that if the demons were to loose, it would be bad news for everyone. Demons already outnumber the devils to shit, but if he allows the devils to buy themselves new soldiers by bargaining with Petitioners, he's evening the odds just slightly.

You're awesome. Thank you for sharing that knowledge with me! It really helps me out! :)
Is there anything in the lore of D&D that shows any kind of connection or relationship between the gods Kelemvor and Asmodeus?

No idea. None that I'm aware of, but I've only read 5e rule books, not much lore or expanded universe stuff.
