Going camping with my daughter and wife and I want to run an adventure while we are there. Level wise, I would prefer something 4 or 5 starting. If it lasts longer than the week we are there, that is fine as I can always continue it at home.
Anyine have a homebrew or know of a link for adventures for only 2 players (I can adjust it if there is one you recommend that is for 4)?
Lost Mine of Phandelver starter kit is a good way to start. Has all you need in it and it's good for what you may be looking for. I could run it with one person if needed. Has premade characters as well. If needed you could play a character as well since it's family.
Thank you for the suggestion. I should have said I am already running that adventure with my wife and daughter, along with 2 other people.
I am hoping for something that could possibly include a ship. Travel on one or something.... Actually I would be interested in any adventure that is really good.
There is a oneshot called the shore of dreams, which is from lvl 5-7, and focuses, on a seaside shantyvillage and ancient ruin, rather than an actual ship. I wouldn't know about any published campaigns, but you could always write your own. If you set the entire campaign at sea, you avoid having to tie into any existing lore, but could slip it in if you wish.
Maybe the characters were travellers on a ship to a certain destination, and a mysterious storm blew the ship off course, as they now sail uncharted waters, they must try and survive while attempting to make their way back to civilisation, meeting all sorts of strange and dangerous creatures along the way.
LMoP is good and you cuold also play a npc that goes along with the party as a pc you should make them a healing charactor (unless one of the pc's all ready is) I did the same it worked out perfectly.

I'm pretty sure it's just a "drop and play" sort of place here you can add it in wherever you want. There isn't much in the way of geographical descriptions in the adventure for this very reason.

Not a ship, but I recently ran Dues for the Dead for level 3-4 characters by just replacing some of the encounters to make them a bit harder. It's fairly straight forward dungeon delve. DDEX1-4 Dues for the Dead http://media.wizards.com/2014/downloads/dnd/DDEX14_DuesfortheDead.pdf or, since you can continue later, you could do DDEX1-3 Shadows Over the Moonsea http://media.wizards.com/2014/downloads/dnd/DDEX13_Shadows_over_the_Moonsea.pdf which does have a boat at some point.
Corrin Kettlewhistle: Halfling Life Cleric (Curse of Strahd)
Kip Dalton: Human Lore Bard (Waterdeep Dragon Heist)
Debauchery Dalliance: Half-Drow Oath of Conquest Paladin (White Plume Mountain)

Thank you for all these suggestions. I will look at each of these adventures and choose one. One day I will write my own.

I am going to start with the wolves of welton. I am trying to figure out where the village of welton is in faerun. Any help on this?
