ok, so I already own the physical book for the campaign i am about to start.
my question is that I’m trying to find a easy way to make battle mats for key encounters in my face to face game. Does DnD beyond adventure modules provide printable PDFs of the maps I could resize or rescale if needed for the game? And if it does can I just buy the compendium part to access this or would I need the full purchase of a adventure to achieve this?
finding it really difficult to do this from the physical books at the moment and making them myself if very time consuming. Would rather spend time planning the other more important aspects instead of wasting it recreating maps I already have in the book to a on the table for players for combat situations. Thanks!
They do not come in pdf forms. I have the Ghosts of Saltmarsh book, compendium and others. It's basically like a virtual reader, where you can pull up the table of contents, and each web page is a chapter of the book that you can scroll down, the equivalent of turning a page.
No pdf, however they do have high quality images of the maps. If you right click on the image of the map and click open in new tab (you can even click on the image to have it go to full scale, which is a decent size). If you save the picture, you could put it into an online photo editor, or basic MS paint, to resize it to whatever size you want.

Hope that helps!
