In Storm King's Thunder, what would be Harshnag's attitude towards Felgolos (the bronze dragon PCs may save from the Cloud Giants' castle in Chapter 9)? And if Harshnag was with the PCs (with some twists to the module) when they save Felgolos, what would be Felgolos' attitude towards Harshnag?
Was about to start reading through that mod, so don't have the info to address the items specifically. That said - enemies can cooperate against a greater foe (enemy of my enemy is my friend). I would expect two good-aligned enemies can keep from killing each other if given a chance to Not instinctively react.
PC's could act as a bridge to keep the peace: Upon seeing his ancestral enemy helpless before him the old hatred flares up and anger burns hot enough to warm the room. PC: "This is not the time, or place, for that. We need him. You are here to help, so suck it up and help." Or something...
In my current game I run a very modified form of that module. The answer is is really depends on what you have for that NPCs backstory, as well as what that particular dragon may know about the NPC.
You'll have do determine how well known Harshnag is. In my version I had people in the north referencing him, and in that case, it makes sense that Felgolas would be aware of him. As a good aligned character, I don't think H would strike immediately, the impetus is more on whether the dragon knows H is good-aligned, or that the party he is with shares similar views.
I had a lot of fun playing H :)

Would they get along?
For example (spoiler below):
