- A custom Spelljamer helm that can plane shift an entire airship and its crew to another plane. I believe I've seen that in previous editions, but it's something that needs to be Homebrewed at this current time for 5e.
In terms of places you'd find something like that, I think that a DM could seed a plane-hopping airship or vehicle adventures such as The Lost Laboratory of Kwalish or Dungeon of the Mage Mage, or possibly the Ghosts of Saltmarsh to name a few.
yep, need a magical way to transport multiple airships to the Abyss. Outside of a portal opening, is there another way to transport objects?
