So one of my players is a pasta bending monk that is on a life long journey to make the best pasta ever and is on a quest to find a sacred bamboo stick that will make the best pasta ever... we have been talking about it and he wanted to know if for his elemental disciplines he can choose water whip but instead of water its pasta since his character always has a pot of pasta hanging off him like Gara's sand gourd and i even said that instead of adding an extra 1d10 bludgeoning damage when the creature fails a saving throw, he can spend a ki point to grapple the creature with pasta if it fails the saving throw... sooooo just gonna leave this here. If anyone has any input or ideas they wanna share on what they think a pasta bending monk can do or what kind of equipment he could find or make we both welcome it
