Hypothetical situation:
Let's say your character has resistance to...Fire.
Someone attacks your character and tanks the damage roll, resulting in doing 1 point of Fire damage.
The damage is halved due to Resistance.
Does this mean the damage is halved and rounded down to zero, or halved and rounded up to 1?

In your example, the damage would be zero.
