so one day i decided i wanted to play dnd, but none of my friends had it or knew how to play so i got the books learned to play became a dm for my friends.
so i started "Dragon of isepire peak". my pcs made some kinda normal characters, did 1 or 2 throw away quests then they went to neverwinter. now i had made some homebrew. a neverwinter mafia. so they had to unload some stuff for them. they opened them up to find weed. they took it ran away and sold half of it became rich. then when high of weed they burned down all the trees every where. and are now trying to make the dragon high because i told them that if they could get the dragon high it would have 10 ac.
Are you asking if, as a GM, I would allow the PCs to drop a dragon's AC to 10 by getting it high on weed?
The answer is no. But I run a serious campaign and it sounds more like you are running some sort of a farce or comedy. That's a very different style and not how I usually roll.
