For custom minis, heroforge is really good. They also do packs of 5 for various common (human shaped) creatures pretty cheap as well.
Myminifactory is pretty good for various creatures of all kinds. They're all premade, but some are really good. They often do sakes.
As for terrain...I don't really go for that. However, humblebundle did a pack a while ago and quite frequently does stl bundles which can include terrain. Myminifactory also does some.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Myminifactory for thousands of really nice minis, most have to be purchased.
Thingiverse for lots of FREE stl files, but usually on the lower detail/quality side. There are some amazing terrain items there though, among thousands of other TTRPG files.
Heroforge to design your own mini and purchase the stl file.
You can also try Yeggi, which is like a search engine for stl files.
I agree with Jables1968 in that Thingiverse, Yeggi, are great sites for finding free characters and terrain, along with scatter and other accessories.
On Myminifactory, you can subscribe to most designers and get 'welcome packages' and monthly collections or super-well designed singles. Try doing searches for "free sample" or look for community prints.
Another is cult3d.com. Between all of these you can literally get hundreds of stl files for free.
I would also add sites like Printables as well, for custom stuff there is desktophero and titancraft, just make sure that you filter for the free assets. I have printed on my resin printer stuff from desktop hero and it comes out great.

I am really new to 3D printing and need a few good sites to print resin minis and terrain. Any suggestions.
