You could provide him with your map and he can go based on that. I believe he works commission based with flexible pricing depending on whats asked, you can find him on etsy!
I have a few questions on your request for a map to be drawn/created.
You mentioned that you already have the map drawn, but would like it re-drawn. Can you attach the map to this thread so others can see what they are getting into (if you are not sure how to do that, use this How To Post Images forum post)?
What kind of a map are you looking for, a flat image that can be displayed on a monitor or printed out, or something more dynamic and animated (you would need the same software to view it as was used to generate it)?
With that info others will be able to better know if they can help you or not :)

you can make maps on inkarnate - unsure if it will meet your needs but may be an option if all else fails

So when I started to play ttrpgs back in the day, we as players would make the map as our dm would describe it.
Would that work for you? Designate the player as cartographer https://vshare****/ - let him draw it out as you describe it?
