For starter hunter is a "grimwalker" and grim walkers.
A Grimwalker is a magically-engineered clone made from specific, rare ingredients, including magical relics and living materials (like palismen). They are created to resemble a specific person — in this case, Caleb Wittebane, the brother of Emperor Belos (formerly Philip Wittebane).
Grimwalkers are not ordinary clones. They are incredibly lifelike, capable of independent thought, emotions, and developing personal relationships. However, they are created with a singular purpose in Belos’ mind: to replace Caleb, whom Belos murdered out of jealousy and paranoia.
Grimwalkers are also created in cycles. Every time one of them learns too much, becomes "defective," or begins to act independently, Belos destroys them and starts over. He has likely made dozens over the centuries.
he later in the show is shown to have a palismen named flapjack which was a gift to celeb wittebane in the lore. the two share a bond because flapjack recognizes his old friend. later flapjack sacrifices himself to save hunter allowing hunter to use his speed magic to help dash or "blitz" around as i like to call it. He becomes a palismen carver at the end of the show and i would like to make a build based off the end of the show hunter :) i like to be more roleplay oriented but still be able to hold my own in a battle but also play a huge role in supporting my friends!
My initial reaction would be a Reborn from Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft, but a Hexblood (same book) also has similar flavor (Belos goop taking over Hunter in place of turning into a Hag). The teleportation ability could be represented by Shadar-kai, Astral Elves. or Eladrin.
You might be able to use Archfey Warlock to represent the teleportation, but Hunter doesn't cast spells (and I don't think he ever learned Glyphs from Luz). If you're okay with that, I would suggest the Hexblood Archfey Warlock with Pact of the Chain (for the familiar).
A Horizon Walker Ranger has technically more teleportation, but it doesn't come online until 11.
For zero spellcasting, take one of the fey classes (I prefer the Astral Elves) and some kind of Rogue maybe? Take the Magic Initiate Origin feat or Ritual Caster feat at 4th (okay almost zero spellcasting) to pick up Find Familiar.
Then, search out a flying broom (uncommon magic item).
