Does anyone know which statue this is supposed to be? The artwork does not match the description of any of them.
The Hawk Man is an aarakocra, this is an old human man. The Honorable Knight is standing upright and wears armor, this one is bent over and not wearing armor. The God Catcher looks upward, this is looking downward. The Great Drunkard fell back with its arms limp at its sides, this one is holding up its left arm with something in its hand. The Griffon is a griffon, this is an old human man. The Lady Dreaming is a female elf toppled onto its side, this is none of those things. The Sahuagin Humbled, is bowed low on bended knee. Okay this is close, but Khelben Blackstaff reshaped the statue into a sahuagin. So it should look like a humanoid fish thing, this is an old human man. The Swordmaiden is described as being similar to The Honorable Knight, except female and broken into pieces. This is none of those things.
Is this artwork a bad representation of a walking statue, or are the descriptions wrong, or have I missed something?
It might be"The Walking Statue" - so "The Sahuagin Humbled" before it was transformed. The kids looking out of the window are shocked somehow, as if they never saw such a thing before, so it gotta be something new to them and nothing they grew up with. With whatever it holds in it's hand, maybe it was even still in motion at that moment.
If you look at the picture there are clouds of dust all around the statue. This picture would appear to be depicting one of the statues as it rampaged through the city during the Spellplague, destroying things.

In Waterdeep Dragon Heist, Appendix B gives stat blocks for the walking statues and it includes a picture: https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures/wdh/monsters-and-npcs#WalkingStatuesofWaterdeep
