I'd use it as some kind of abberation. Almost reminds me of a gibbering mouther. Though there was some content I saw (not sure if homebrew or not) of a sort of gibbering spawn, like a small floating gibbering mouther that later grew into one. This almost reminds me of that. But yeah definitely a good model for some abomination, browse some stat blocks and see what clicks.

Given to your own devices, how would you all possibly re-purpose this model for use in dnd?
