I'd wait until you have the miniature itself and then measure it. Better yet, just buy some cheap expanding foam from a DIY store and make the boulder yourself, it'll save you a lot of time vs printing. I always print my minis and build my terrain. It'll save time and money in the long run.
45mm Height is considered the tallest XL on some miniature customization sites I've sampled from, and that is probably the top of the range for creatures that fit into the Medium size category. Not terribly specific, but maybe that will help give a baseline of character size versus monster size like Gargantuan.
I Need to know the Dimensions so I can 3d Print a Hollow Boulder to hide it under.

Thanks for the tip!
That is an outstanding idea! I usually use "pink stuff" https://www.homedepot.com/p/Owens-Corning-FOAMULAR-250-2-in-x-48-in-x-8-ft-R-10-Scored-Squared-Edge-Insulation-Sheathing-52DD/202085962 for my terrain and then if I need a bigger block just glue two pieces together (around the edges) and then hollow out the inside. That big piece of pink stuff goes a long way!

Funny, I know about how big a Cthulhu Miniature in 10mm scale is but not a normally scaled Kraken.
