Sajan, Iconic Monk might be a good fit, Bondslave, Chose of Sokar if you swap out the head, Akbeth heroic Pharaoh,

Even though the mini is holding it in one hand it is the only bald mini I could find with that style weapon, as for the egyptian style if you paint it to reflect that it would work :)
