Sorry, I just tried to post this and it somehow ended up in the wrong place, so I have deleted and am posting to the correct place. Can you tell me if this character https://ddb.ac/characters/8375750/JRMfOV is AL legal or not and if he is an okay character to take to an AL session.
Thanks so much

Since you used point buy for stats you may want to drop your STR from 11 to 10 and increase either your DEX or INT from 12 to 13. DEX if you're worried about AC, INT if you will want more use from your INT skills. Just remember you're a warlock and not melee is not your area of expertise (not unless you decide to go hexblade).

Looking at it now, it does seem odd that he would be so wise, yet not so intelligent. However; while making him, along with what his saving throws were, I had this in mind.
"Wisdom refers to the understanding of the way things work, not necessarily what you have already learned. One can be wise but not intelligent when they understand and acknowledge that they have yet to completely grasp the true nature of things."
So he has wisdom but lacks knowledge.
To be honest, I'm not sure whether I need the high STR or not. I had sort of imagine him using a Yklwa and using his magic through that.
So essentially, his physical attack is not very strong and might not do.very much damage on its own but his weapon is really just a conduit for his magic and it is his magic that will hurt you, not his physical attack.
I'm not sure that would be allowed in AL though as it's essentially giving one weapon, two kinds of damage. A reduced amount of physical damage and then an additional magic type.
So that's why I gave him the extra STR instead of INT. Because of how I imagined him being wise but lacking knowledge and because I didn't think my ideas for his weapon would.be allowed.

Just a quick comment and not intended as a criticism. You can choose to play any type of character with any backstory and I don't know what you have in mind with this one.
From a rules perspective, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be AL legal. However, your comment about having a weapon be a conduit for magic and having it do two types of damage is definitely NOT an option in AL unless there is a magic item you can unlock that would do something like this and I don't think there is.
From a practical play perspective it is perhaps a little mechanically subpar because the dexterity is so low.
A fiend warlock can only wear light armor and can't wear a shield. This means that your AC in leather armor will be 12. When you get studded leather this goes to 13. As a result, the character will not fare well in melee combat. In addition, the character's to hit/damage with a finesse/range weapon is +1 and with any other weapon it is 0. This means that the character won't be very effective with weapons.
The only other option then is probably using the eldritch blast cantrip as your main source of damage and taking the agonizing blast invocation at second level so you can add your charisma modifier to the damage. This becomes a decent ranged damage option for you ... however, you will still only have 13 AC.
An alternative would be to change your stats so you have a 14 dexterity and switch to hexblade warlock from fiend. Hexblade gives you access to several useful features but may not be the flavour you are looking for. Hexblade has proficiency with medium armor and shields and they have the ability to use charisma for to hit and damage with one weapon that is not two handed. This gives the character a much better AC and the ability to effectively hit with a weapon if you wish while still having access to eldritch blast for good ranged force damage.
One more comment relates to skills. A warlock is a charisma class ... so they will usually have a high charisma since their spells depend on it. This can make them very good at the social pillar skills - persuasion, deception, intimidation which can make it easier when interacting with NPCs or trying to convince them of something. However, all the skills you have selected are intelligence based skills that won't benefit from your primary stat. You may wish to consider swapping one of your current skills for persuasion since it might make some encounters easier.
Anyway, feel free to play the character however you wish :) ... that is what D&D is about ... just having fun. However, you may run into a wide range of players and characters in AL and some folks are strongly motivated by optimization, others by roleplay and others are somewhere in between .. so you may find some folks who are fine with your characters and others who might offer suggestions on how it might be better with small changes.

Thanks so much for all your comments. I think that I was trying to do too much with this character and trying to hard to keep my vision of him within the AL requirements. Instead of just building a straight warlock, who is a support character and uses ranged spell casting. After-all, the benefits of being a Warlock is that you recover your spell sots much quicker than other characters like Wizards and Sorcerers.
So really, you are supposed to use up those spell lots and then take a short rest after the battle and recover them again. This ability to quickly recover spell slots, is what makes a Warlock so powerful and that's really how you are supposed to play them. Instead though, I was trying to go for some weird Hexblade ranged caster mix or something and it seems that I have tried to do too much with one character and hes ended up not really good at anything.
Think I really need to reconsider how I actually want to play this character as maybe Warlock is not the best class for him.
I was sort of envisioning a Warlock Eldritch Blast flavoured version of Thunderous Smite, with his magic surging through his weapon to the point of contact and then exploding out of it into the target, or if he uses his weapon on the ground, it creates a similar AOF to the actual Thunderous Smite, pushing away any enemies surrounding him with a magic boom - a sort of crowd control tactic - keeping him out of immediate reach of weapons like swords, while his longer weapon allows him to attack at a greater distance.
Essentially, with his style of combat and his Warlock ability, to quickly recover his spell slots, he becomes quite a dangerous opponent in battle, although he is not a typical Warlock and doesn't have particularly good social skills. Basically, I was thinking that in battle, he was a total beast - but in social situations, he tended to deffer to his group's leader and just go along with the crowd because he lacked the social skills to really properly interact with people on his own - though he is capable, he just doesn't have proficiency, so hes fairly average in that regard.
I am not really sure now though, if this concept fits the Warlock class - or even if its something that would work for Adventurers League, as it relies creating a non-standard Warlock and his weapon and fighting style isn't even really official, as far as I know.
Think I need to work on this character more.

If you are starting adventurers league you can't start with that weapon (Yklwa), it isn't available in season 8 and is part of ToA. Weapons have to be from PH or your +1

Based upon http://dndadventurersleague.org/detect-thoughts-volume-1-3/ yes. Since your weapon comes from a book outside of PHB and the ruling is that mundane equipment purchased and backgrounds do not count against your +1.
Based upon those rules and what you have selected you still have the +1 book to select from as you are only using PHB.
You still have a language to select for your background.
Since you used point buy for stats you may want to drop your STR from 11 to 10 and increase either your DEX or INT from 12 to 13.
