Hey im kind of a beginning with D&D because my friend invited me to do it and I liked it so since im a nerd im thinking about Creating a character like kamen rider kabuto for it because im a nerd, and form of help is great. Thanks in advanced!
I don't like leaving forum posts without any replies, but I don't know anything about Kamen Rider. The Venn diagram overlap your looking for is probably pretty rare -- a Kamen Rider fan who also plays dungeons and dragons and posts to these forums.
The best I can advise is some sort of mounted fighter or monk. Fighter with tavern brawler feat. Either class probably needs the mounted combatant feat or land vehicle proficiency and some sort of cart.
Must have missed this. No worries. My suggestion is to start with a monk. When you hit your Way go Sun Soul for radiant blasts, then go fighter Battle Master for some board control maneuvers. I should point out that I don't know what Kamen Rider is so I am just assuming it is some sort of Sentai/Power Rangers thing, so you want some martial arts action from the monk and some beat down skills from the fighter. If he/she/it/them/they have some sort of magic beyond blasts of multicolored light go sorcerer and take the wild magic way unless they are dragony in which case go Dragon Blood.

I am currently working on a monk/warlock hybrid with my GM for exactly this purpose! Once I get finished with them, I will post what we come up with here for anyone else who happens to be curious about the same thing!
I've been experimenting with a Monk/Barbarian hybrid. They way I see it, the rages can function like a henshin. You just have to make sure your STR and DEX are the same.
So turns out the Astral Self Monk is perfect for a Kamen Rider build. Reflavor the Astral Arms to be your rider form. Couple that with the new "Faceless" background and you're on your way.
Little late to the party, but in my old group we use the feat "Eldritch adept" which we used to get "armor of shadows" allowing us to cast my mage armor at will. Then our DM let us re-flavor it as spandex bug armor. So we had a few different campaigns with a couple of riders and sentai teams. (Side Note: our DM also had a different mage armor from a 5e inspired system. That was just a flat +3 to AC as long as you weren't wearing armor.)
Some examples that we had:
Kobold Druid (Amazon Alpha)
Thri-kreen Warlock (black)
Human Fighter (ZX)
We also had a rabbit folk armorer artificer (Build inspired). Allows you to don and doff armor as an action.
(Side Note again: And then in the last couple months I've been playing with using the Rune Knight and Path of the Giant subclasses for Ultraman.)

Good luck with your question.

I'm that rare Venn diagram poster that was mentioned earlier and i'd also like to play as a Kamen Rider (Kabuto specifically) type of figure.
Monk is def the way to go. You need some sort of ability to haste yourself. The armor is a problem...
I'd be very curious to know what the OP came up with.

Armorer+Blade Singer is my new formula for this.
I saw your comment and decided to make this myself
Human with the eldritch Adept feat, get mage armor
Monk and Fighter
Monk class doesn't matter but I went with drunken fist for the mobility. For fighter go cavalier
feats: Mounted Combatant and Martial adept
i chose the lunging attack to describe it as the trope of the flying sidekick and the parry cuz karate bugmen.
And then ask the DM if your mage armor can be bug/animal themed, and ask for a horse or maybe a bike if your dm will allow it.
