Yes? It is really just a matter of finding a DM willing to run a PbP game. PbP is an AL legal format for play. I don't know of a site that is dedicated to running PbP AL games though - I have seen them advertised occasionally on some of the AL Discord servers. You could also look and/or ask in the PbP or Looking for Players/Games forums on Beyond and elsewhere. Just looking at the PbP forum here some of the listings look like they could be AL.
I've DMed my Dungeoncraft adventure here before, but I rarely see anything AL around (the very name seems to drive people away when I compare my AL and Non-AL LFG threads).
You can always just join any published adventure that's covered by the AL catalogue and log your character by yourself, as long as the DM keeps roughly within "by the book". I'm currently playing 2 PbP AL games on a Discord, but PbP is not the focus there (DWB RPG Discord).
