How does service award with "tier 1 / 2 / 3 adventure reward" work? Is there a list with all rewards one could choose, or do you need to DM the adventure that has that specific reward to be able to pick it?
From what I read in the current rules, you don't need to have actually DMed the specific adventure the item comes from (due to the wording on previous seasons, this used to be the case), but the item itself needs to be of appropriate tier and available (listed) on one currently legal to run Adventurers League adventure (so you can't just pick items from the DMG).
Keep in mind that if one person happened to be streaming the game then all the players and the DM gain service awards for the streaming time.
Also, in terms of selecting items you just need to cite the published and available source you are using to obtain the item from. You don't need to have run the specified module/hardcover but you do need to know where to find it.
There are some sources available that do catalog item availability for a significant number of AL modules and hardcovers.

You got a link to PDF. I quit worry about DM rewards this year.

Colehogere is correct. Any current AL legal module or book would work. Shoot. I have over 40 hours of DM at least.
