I'm not sure what you mean by "Session Log". The player maintains a "session log" for each character that lists the adventure played, the DM, the date, any rewards gained and any items (like potions or mundane gear) purchased.
The character log is the record of sessions they have played that lists all the loot gained, level ups taken and downtime earned.
However, to the best of my knowledge there is no "session log for Adventurers League" in general unless you are referring to something else.

David around 2016 there were log sheets for DMs. I don't have any since I was not big into archiving stuff. Now if the videtta is looking for a PC Log sheet I have like 4 different versions. My current DM session is a note book with 3 lines per session, line 1 is session 3 adventure and date, Line 2 is notes, Line 3 is K/D captured and escape stats.

No Gaming is Better than Bad Gaming.
My DM log is an excel spreadsheet with an entry for each session :)
The record keeping is useful for DM rewards but I like the statistics.
eg.
Dragon of Ice Spire Peak - 8 sessions
Curse of Strahd - 33 sessions
Out of the Abyss - 77 sessions
----------
As for character logs - most of my characters are on D&D Beyond and I just add an entry to the "Other" Notes section.
Date .. DM .. Module name and/or code
<Description of what happened if I feel so inclined :) >
Rewards: Gold, Magic Items, Downtime
Transactions: Items bought and sold or used during the adventure (eg potions and other consumables etc)
