The S10 documentation allows for backgrounds from the Moonshae Isles and Border Kingdoms regional guides. Do we know if these guides will be made available on dndbeyond? I'd like to create a character using one of those backgrounds but that doesn't seem to be an option.
They're lore, and third party even though at least the Border Kingdoms book is written by Ed Greenwood. I have the Border Kingdoms book in both print and in hardcover and it's excellent. I wouldn't expect to see them offered in DDB.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
I don't think Border Kingdoms guide has any items you'd program in DDB, just location descriptions. Moonshea has some backgrounds/trinkets, but they'd be opening a massive can of worms if they started accommodating AL publications, there's severalseveral hundred - some great, some garbage.
