I am planning on running a campaign soon and one of the overarching plot points will be an AI slowly gaining sentience. I want a part of that to be them talking through video/audio clips similar to bumblebee in the transformers movies.

I was wondering if anyone here knew of a program where I could type in what I want it to say and it does the rest. It's doesn't have to be quick because I can type out pre written responses and record that I just don't want to do the search for sound bytes on my own. 

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
