I am getting close to publishing my first DMs Guild adventure, which is called the Steepfield Cheese chase and is extremely good fun.
I would like to make some maps in Inkarnate and then publish them with the PDF for the adventure, so that they can all be downloaded when someone buys the adventure. Can you do this on DMs Guild? I've never uploaded anything, and I would like to reference it in the PDF (EG "Battle Maps for this fight can be downloaded on the Steepfeld Cheese Chase page on DMS Guild"), which of course I need to write before I upload it!
Can you have multiple files in one entry on DMs Guild?
Hey there! I actually just went through this process myself when I published my campaign Weave of the Dread Mythal. you absolutely can upload multiple files. The first one you upload should be the campaign itself so that the preview works right. After that, put your remaining files in a zipped folder and upload them separately. When you go to create your campaign (dont do so till like the night before you want to publish or it wont show up in new) youll see a page asking for lots of info: who you are, what you are publishing, markup for the store page, etc. you wont upload files here. once you finish setting that up, it will bring you to seperate page dedicated to file uploads, and you can add everything there. Just make sure to have it well organized!
