I have a player who really wants to play a Twilight Cleric in my upcoming CoS/HW campaign. We were trying to stick to 5.5 official characters, but their character backstory and motivations are pretty good - so I'd like to accommodate him.
Has anyone found some compelling guidance on how to restructure the character class for 5.5? I am starting them at level 3, btw.

Come watch us save the multiverse in "The Lost Dragons of Phandelver" - a homebrew based on Lost Mines of Phandelver, Dragon of Icespire Peak, and They Tyranny of Dragons. https://www.twitch.tv/kdinla The Gatewalker Saga - Dragons Beware
2024 is backwards compatible. The guidance on using subclasses from 2024 is to simply give them their level 1-2 features when they get their subclass (level 3). So a Cleric gets all their level 1 and 2 features from subclass at level 3. Not much else about Twilight Cleric requires changes (aside from not keeping the Subclass' Divine Strikes).
