I've played a little bit of just about every edition of D&D. 5th Edition is by far my favorite, so I've been going back to old modules and adventures from previous editions and adapting them to 5e for my own campaigns. My most recent project has been adapting "The Rod of Seven Parts" from 2e.
My opinions of older adventures, or any adventures really, are a mixed bag...
For example, I find Keep on the Borderlands to be terribly unhelpful to any DM looking to pick it up and start a game quickly and easily... but I've had success at incorporating elements of it into campaigns (by practically writing everything short of room descriptions on my own).
So while I can say I have a few favorites, namely the original Ravenloft, Castle Caldwell and Beyond, Night's Dark Terror, and Isle of Dread... I'd not as readily recommend them for use as I would, say, Lost Mine of Phandelver or Storm King's Thunder, or even Red Hand of Doom.
My first module I ever saw was D3 Vault of the Drow, I was around 4yo and sat looking at the coverless copy my Dad owned, my personal favourite mind you, was the first module I truely could call my own, X1 the Isle of Dread that came with my Bluebox Expert set :D
Tomb of Horrors; Queen of The DemonWeb Pits; The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth; Ravenloft campaign setting (original boxed sets and Sword & Sorcery/White Wolf version for D&D 3e.)
Tomb of Horrors; Queen of The DemonWeb Pits; The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, really enjoyed The Night Below..was one the most fun campaigns I have run...
I really liked the adventure series started off by The Sunless Citadel from 3e. All eight are great. I also really enjoy the Challenge of Champions from 2e that were published every two-years or so in Dungeon Magazine.

What are your favorite old modules?
Keep on the Borderlands, Vault of the Drow and Expedition to White Plume Mountain are on the short list of my favorites.

Against the Giants.
Kick open door. Fight some giants. loot the room. Upgrade equipment. Tally XP.
Repeat until done.
Simple and immensely satisfying, from either side of the DM's screen. (I played first, Dm'ed second.)
The boss giants appearing on Spellfire cards really was the icing on the cake.
I can already hear the sound of some purists fainting, but sometimes you just want to have pudding without the meat.
Roleplaying since Runequest.
The Temple of Elemental Evil , Tomb Of Horrors and as silly as it was Dungeonland
