I find that I seem to build encounters and adventures/campaigns far above lvl 1 because it's terribly bland. There's only so much you can flavor-up "You are a baby to the world of adventuring with only a minor amount of combat stamina and/or spells", but I digress from my intention. I'm wondering how you determine the number and quality of magic items or starting gold for parties above level 1?
I know up to level 5, Uncommon will be standard fair or someone may exchange most of their Uncommons for a mighty Rare. But say I'm looking for something more of the 8-15 range? Yes, I know it's a big gap, but I'm working on many different encounter and campaign ideas.
Thanks in advance!

Wow. Nevermind. I read the table of contents, just didn't make the connection that the "Tiers of Play" section would have this info. Thank you!
