When I first had a gander at this thread, I thought "it sounds like a fairly poultry challenge." But if the PCs try to grab hold of it, you don't want them feeling down at the end of it.
Link to DMsGuild PWYW product from the maker of Honkdra - I present Honkdra. I have printed this mini and run the beast through an unsuspecting party. What fun!

That's fine, but what about the encounter details? What's the spellcaster's AC (avian class) or her spell saving DC (duck class)?
This goose furcula has been enchanted and engraved with powerful runes of fate. As an action, two creatures may each pull one side of the wishbone to break it in two. The creature that breaks away the larger portion of bone is granted one use of the wish spell. The other creature immediately dies, and its soul is consumed when the wish is used. To determine which creature dies and which gets the wish, they must choose evens or odds before breaking the wishbone, and then roll a die. Once the wishbone is broken, it loses its magic.
Henrietta ran home, taking a narrow deer path that wove through brambles and under grasping branches. It was long past dusk. Her mother was certainly going to be cross with her for playing in the forest after dark. Nevertheless, little Henrietta was grinning broadly. She had made friends with a strange woman in the woods who gave her a gift: a wishbone! The small forked bone was grasped in her hand, proof that she hadn’t imagined the encounter. According to the old lady, she would need to break the bone with another person before she could make her wish. Luckily, her brother Henry was outside gathering kindling when Henrietta arrived. So I'm DMing for a less serious campaign. And I wanted to make a lich goose, level 10 spell caster.
And I'm wondering if there is any good spells to add to it, any ideas?
First off, you should consider adding a Goose-Hydra. A Goodra. Or Hydroose.
Here's an optimal spell list for a 10th level spellcaster:
Cantrips: HONK, HONK, HONK
1st level: HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK
2nd level: HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK
3rd level: HONK, HONK, HONK
4th level: HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK
5th level: HONK, HONK, HONK, HONK
Be sure to pick up HONK!
I’m not going to say this guys a genius, but someone else should.

Oh dear, do you realise what you've done?
Now I'm off to make a parody of Hot Fuzz, where the cult are actually sacrificing the souls to the swan that escaped at the start. Thankyou for that.
