I am going to try to use the Lazy Dungeon Master method for the first time. I also hope to provide more player agency in my games. As a player, I plan to be easier on my dm!
Used the Lazy Dungeon Master method. Trying it helped me find a happy medium and I have my preparing style all figured out! I think I have provided more player agency this year, since my player's actions drive the plot instead of the other way around. As for being easier on my DM... I'm still working on it. :) I think I have improved some, but there's still more work to do.

Oh super I also found Sly Flourish's stuff really useful... maybe there is a niche in the market for a Lazy D&D Players Guide regarding going easier on your DM :D

I resolve to hope that my players will stop going wherever I haven't prepared.
BoringBard's long and tedious posts somehow manage to enrapture audiences. How? Because he used Charm Person, the #1 bard spell!
He/him pronouns. Call me Bard. PROUD NERD!
