Looking through Xanathar's table for Underdark encounters. Found a monster listed in the table. But can't find it my books. Does anyone here know what book black puddings are in?

The black pudding is in the Basic Rules and the Monster Manual. It is, however, indexed under 'Ooze', which may be why you can't find it.
